PANNA HISTORY
Established as a National park in 1981 and declared a Tiger Reserve in 1994, Panna is a remarkable story of conservation success. After tragically losing all its tigers to poaching in 2008, the reserve has since made an extraordinary recovery and now supports a thriving population of over 75 tigers.

Park safari booking open 120 days prior to safari date. Since the number of Jeeps permitted for safaris is limited the tickets get sold out almost immediately.
Peak Season (mid Oct – mid April), Festivals and long holiday weekends get sold out too quickly. We recommend to book your tour 5-6 months well in advance
